"There were two male associates with two male customers. Each associate was just chatting with the customers while I patiently waited to get help with a helmet. The customers were just chatting and no transactions were being worked on. It was about 10 minutes before I was assisted. Working in customer service myself I would cut the chit chatting customer off to assist the customer who was waiting. I have encountered this at this store in a couple previous visits. Once the men ran out of steam and left the associate was very attentive and helpful. "

"I was looking for a new helmet. I bought one on line from Cycle Gear and it just didn't work for me. I brought it in to the store and Austin took his time and explained options. He was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. I bought a nice Bell and ordered a bluetooth.
A few days after I ordered my bloothtooth with Austin. The helmet was out for delivery. I called and spoke with Nick. Nick said he would install the bluetooth and have it ready for my wife for pick up. She had a busy schedule and had to pick me up at the airport. Nick had gone home sick, but when my wife arrived Nick had completed the bluetooth installation before he went home. I can see many people just blowing it off and going home. I appreciate Nick took care of the install so my wife had no delays picking up my helmet.

"First off Chelsey was amazing, and Nick handled my mix up vey well, as far as product and availability, I think someone should organize your shelving and the product, the slots are all full, but with the wrong items, so the out of stocks don't get ordered, 1 of your floor guys, needs to have respect for the customer he is helping, and not jump around to every one who comes thru the door, almost as if he was paid strictly commissions and looking for the customer who is spending the most "
